In this group program you will:
Receive guided Reiki and energetic clearing
Experience meditations that bring your body back into safety and stillness
Explore gentle intuitive messages for clarity and direction
Connect with other women on the healing journey and a safe nonjudgmental space
Learn, simple, rituals, and practices to ground your energy

Hope is a mom of 2, licensed Mental Health Counselor, psychic medium, intuitive, and Reiki Master with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Her passion for helping others stems from her own journey through chronic stress and motherhood. She created the “Mothers of Transformation” program to empower fellow moms to find peace, balance, and strength amidst the challenges of daily life. Through this program, Hope shares the tools and techniques that have helped her and countless others reset their nervous systems and embrace their true power as mothers. Together, she aims to foster a supportive, nurturing community.
