Neurodivergent Child & Family Consulting
A 4–12 week neurodivergent child behavior consulting program for families navigating ADHD, autism, sensory or emotional challenges, giving you a clear plan, school collaboration, and the tools to move from constant crisis to calm structure.
Children don’t act out “for no reason.”
Behavior is communication, and when a child is overwhelmed, their nervous system speaks louder than their words.
This consulting service is designed to help you understand exactly what your child’s behavior means, what to do in difficult moments, and how to create systems that support emotional safety, regulation, and success at home and school.
This is a comprehensive, step-by-step consulting program rooted in 10 years of clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families across New York and New Jersey.

-
Though we utilize foundational tools in (CBT) and humanistic therapy approaches, we prioritize your holistic health and take into consideration the many facets of your being. Through this intuitive approach, instead of offering a quick diagnosis, we aim to truly hear you and work with your needs for a customized experience.
Hope is the founder and lead intuitive therapist & healing medium of Hope & Healing.
As a child and teenager, Hope endured several panic attacks from as early as age 6 that eventually became an official diagnosis for panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and PTSD. Though she was a well-adapted adolescent and teenager who was able to function at school and excel on the outside, on the inside she was battling from her diagnoses.
What to others looked like “motivation” and “being a perfectionist” , was actually the anxiety trying to overcompensate. Knowing all too well what it feels like to be able to function and yet still silently suffer, It has been Hope’s own journey with anxiety and PTSD that has helped her deeply understand what so many adults and children alike are battling. It is her mission to remind her families and individuals she works with that they are not broken and instead give them the tools to empower themselves to live a thriving life that they have the right to live. In her work, she leverages both her background in therapy and cognitive sciences, with spiritual and intuitive tools to holistically serve her clients and meet their various individual and familial needs.

“Hope provides guided meditations that not only help tranquilize the mind, but explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I’ve learned a lot about myself, my deep desires and my ancestral blockages through her sessions. Her interpretations are insightful, thoughtful and accurate. Hope is gifted with deep intuition, and she is able to feel your energy through her sessions. The best part of the experience is Hope lets her personality shine through her guidance as she’s funny, down-to-earth, not judgmental, and makes you feel comfortable to share your personal experience.

Hope is absolutely amazing! We feel so fortunate to have found her because finding a good therapist is incredibly difficult. From the first session, she was warm and inviting. My daughter connected with her immediately and looks forward to weekly sessions. Hope is incredibly intuitive, nurturing and affirming while still holding my daughter accountable.
Hope works not only with my daughter, but is a support for our entire family by providing us with various tools to help manage stress, anxiety and help with organization. - Sofia
In these few months, Hope has been a vital part in both my reiki and spiritual journey. I have experienced first hand the love and passion she has for her craft. I took her very first Reiki 1 & 2 course... It was the very tool that helped open my eyes to energy and how we can all use our healing powers for good.. Even with two little ones, she finds the time to provide guidance and a sense of community. Which for me, as a pregnant woman is so so needed. I can’t wait to take her Master Reiki course and to get many more readings... which are always on point!”
